Clinical Care Coordinator

PridePoint Health is a small, physician-led direct primary care clinic in Portland. We are hiring a Clinical Care Coordinator to support both patient care and clinic operations in a relationship-based, inclusive practice intentionally designed around sustainability and continuity rather than high-volume throughput.
This role is well suited for someone who values careful, thoughtful work; enjoys variety across clinical and operational responsibilities; and wants to be part of a small, locally owned clinic where their contributions are visible and meaningful.
