Enrollment: What to Expect
- Connect with your physician before your membership begins. Completing enrollment does not activate your membership or begin billing. Your payment method will be collected securely, but you will not be charged unless we decide to move forward after your Introduction Call.
- After completing enrollment, we’ll email you instructions to schedule your complimentary Introduction Call. Because we intentionally limit the size of our practice, our onboarding process takes place over several weeks. Both Introduction Calls and comprehensive intake visits are scheduled based on availability.
- The introduction call is complimentary and carries no obligation to join. During the call, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn how PridePoint works. If we decide to move forward together, we’ll activate your membership, process your first monthly payment, and begin your onboarding.
What Happens After You Sign Up?
Signing up starts the enrollment process. Your membership does not begin, and you will not be charged, until after you meet your physician and you both decide to move forward.

Review the membership information and securely submit your contact and payment information. Your payment method will be stored, but you will not be charged at this stage.
Schedule your complimentary introduction call
After you complete enrollment, we will email instructions for scheduling your introduction call. Calls are currently being scheduled approximately 4–8 weeks after sign-up.

Ask questions, discuss your healthcare needs, and decide together whether PridePoint is the right fit. The introduction call is complimentary and carries no obligation to join.
Begin your membership
If you both decide to move forward, we will confirm your membership, process your first monthly payment, provide access to the patient portal, and help you schedule your first clinical visit.
