Why PridePoint Has a Waitlist
- Our waitlist helps protect what makes PridePoint different. We intentionally limit the size of our practice so we can preserve timely appointments, longer visits, direct physician access, and personalized care as we grow.
- There’s no charge to join the waitlist. Your payment information is collected securely during registration, but your membership will not begin and you will not be charged while you wait.
- Keep an eye on your email. We’ll use email for important waitlist updates and to let you know when a membership becomes available. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder so you don’t miss a message from us.

Joining the waitlist reserves your place for future membership availability. There’s no charge while you wait, and you’ll have the opportunity to decide whether you’d like to move forward when a membership becomes available.

Watch for an email from PridePoint
When a membership becomes available, we’ll email you a membership offer and next steps. You’ll have 7 days to let us know if you’d like to move forward.
Accept your membership offer
If you’re ready to move forward, confirm your interest using the link in your offer email. If the timing isn’t right, you can decline the offer instead.
Connect with your PridePoint physician
We’ll send you instructions to schedule a complimentary Introduction Call with a PridePoint physician. This brief phone call gives you an opportunity to ask questions, learn what to expect, and decide whether you’d like to begin your membership.
Begin your membership
Once you confirm you’d like to proceed, we’ll activate your membership, process your first monthly payment, and guide you through onboarding.

Membership Waitlist FAQ
No. Your payment information is collected securely during registration, but you will not be charged while you’re on the waitlist.
Monthly membership fees begin only after a membership becomes available, you choose to move forward, and your membership is activated.
At PridePoint Health, we intentionally limit the number of patients each physician cares for. Smaller patient panels allow us to preserve timely appointments, longer visits, direct communication with your physician, and the personalized care that defines our practice.
Rather than continuing to grow until access becomes more limited or visits feel rushed, we pause enrollment when needed and maintain a waitlist until additional membership capacity becomes available.
To reserve your place, choose your membership and complete your secure online registration. Your position on the waitlist is generally based on when your registration is completed.
When a membership becomes available, we’ll email you a membership offer. You’ll have 7 days to let us know whether you’d like to move forward. If we don’t hear from you during that time, the available membership may be offered to someone else.
If you accept, we’ll send you the next steps for enrollment, which may include scheduling a complimentary Introduction Call before your membership begins.

In limited circumstances, returning prospective patients who have already completed part of the enrollment process may receive priority.
The information you provide is used to manage your waitlist registration, communicate with you about PridePoint Health, and complete enrollment if you later become a member. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If you do not ultimately become a PridePoint patient, we do not keep your registration information indefinitely. Inactive prospective-patient records are routinely archived and later permanently deleted in accordance with our record-retention practices.

If your plans change before a membership becomes available, you can request removal from the waitlist at any time.
